I'm not asking for handouts, I just want things to be fair and just - which is not how things are now.The games is rigged and you know it.

I recently listened to BP Podcast 258 and heard Gabe talking about making deals with manufacturers he'd met at trade shows to get discounted materials in bulk.

peeps showed.. he went on how he started in the business what he did etc.then he would hand out cards and collect name and numbers... ( business relationship created) these were leads.. they were handed to his sales staff of 15 .. and they worked them.. when I worked there he had well over 5,000 investors in his deals.. 

I have seen first hand out of state investors lose a lot of money by not using appropriate labor.

I have found since I have been in bigger pockets I have ran across some of the most rudest buyers who want properties but want you to work for free...I am not sure where in america it states free but I feel like this we as wholesalers, marketers, Consultants should be able to make a living as well and not just hand out properties and buyers run with them..Some of you know who you are..I run a business been in business 3 years going on 4 I have never ran into a bunch of men who whine about a piece of paper to safeguard me and my family.

This would be something I'd hand out to anyone, both seller and investor, so I need to market myself in a favorable but honest way to both types of parties.

They'll have time for questions and walk out the door with a few professional handouts and something to think about.3.

The AirBnb restriction might be a handout to the hotel and motel industry.

Another option is hand out your card to the sheriffs department.  

I talk to as many neighbors as I can, and I hand out business cards as well.
