Pulling out the out should not be an issue, just make sure the shower drain pan is disconnected from the drain.

I listed it on Zillow FSBO and that actually generated a lot of calls and inquiries and one panned out.

I manage it myself and its been "so so" as far as doing the distance things but its kind of a PITA and don't want to do it that way again....We just paid off our primary residence and have a TON of equity in it, so we got a HELOC and are ready to start buying....but I cant find sh*t in CA.....so just started to read about turn key plans.....looking for a place to start, referral on who and where to invest..... so I'm very "green" right now.... but it may be my best option too....

I will do the numbers on the rehab and make sure it will all pan out in the end. 

So I sold all of the furniture, sheets, plates, pans, etc. 

Most people want to be able to put bigger pans/pots in and double bowls, no matter how large, will only fit so much.

All the new development along Niagara Street, for example, with rents $1800+ is a tough pill to swallow, but I'm watching it closely to see how it pans out.

In order for you to fully replace all the K/T in the house... would requiring ripping down all the walls to the studs and rewiring everything... major $$$$.

Let me know how this pans out, $350K for a 4 family (legal) is a great price.
