To elaborate a bit: The plan would be to purchase a new, or near new teardrop (not a popup) camper to reduce the setup time, and which would be fully furnished for camping (dishes/towels/utensils etc).

I don't have any appliance contract but I would assume you have to include who would be responsible for paying for repairs/replacement and negligence as well as a few helpful hints on what not to put into disposals and rinsing off dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.

(The conversations she is referring to is two people talking normally-not loudly- in a kitchen, getting a late evening snack or washing dishes and cleaning up, —we weren’t having social gatherings in our kitchen or anything like that) When she has friends over I can clearly hear them talking and laughing in her house but it doesn’t bother us at all, we expect that we would hear it being that close by, but she is apparently bothered by hearing us.
