I do feel like I got something out of it (besides stumbling upon this site), but if you have experience it might just be redundant.

I stumbled across this site yesterday and I really like the way it's set up and how the information is presented.

I've stumbled across a few that were for sale and done well liquidating them for the owners but I'm not sure the best way to look for potential SFR Portfolio sellers. 

I think it’s a wise strategy to try to establish your listing on Airbnb, Verbo / HomeAway, and maybe even TripAdvisor (which seems to have totally stumbled In their integration for flipkey and booking.com which is clunky but a potential future giant in the space).

Don't blame you rental game is not for everyone.... and their is nothing wrong with a balanced portfolio.. some of the crowd funders are doing a very nice job.. some have stumbled badly so be careful there.

I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets. 

There is so much more I want to learn, and when I stumbled upon BP, it was almost unbelievable the amount of information I have watched/listen to/read so far this week, and still tons more to go.

Hello -Like many others here (apparently), I am brand new to BP and recently stumbled across it via the podcast.Long story short - I have a full time job but don't particularly like working 40 hours/week nor do I particularly like working under someone.To that end, I began to consider real estate investing as a means to alter my life.

So glad I stumbled on to this site.
