So if you can stomach bleeding your tenants of every dollar they earn until they are bled so dry that you are forced to embarrass them to the streets by means of dumping them to the street, that's it.

Welcome to investing..... uncertainty, aggrevation, stress, that sick feeling in the pit of your stomach awaits.

And you feel that sinking feeling in your stomach that if this guy is telling the truth, I'm gonna miss this boat after all.

I'm told many don't have the stomach for it.

If you can't stomach the thought of making mistakes and losing money, then real estate investing likely isn't in your cards (or really any other type of investing besides maybe CD's or government bonds).What you should focus on is limiting your losses to be significantly less than your gains and learning from your mistakes to gain experience.If you run into road blocks, there are plenty of people on here to offer assistance no matter what direction you go.

It's whatever suits your taste and whatever your stomach can handle.

I think its on the market because few investors have the stomach or the vision for an old building.. 

After a year of bird dogging I decided I didn't have the stomach for the risk in this hot asset class.

Check your gut to make sure that you can stomach losing several hundred grand if something goes wrong.  

Having that said hearing all the posts, anything is possible, so I’m glad I posted this, even to hear some of the critical feedback helps get that bad feeling out of my stomach.
