In my neighborhood we have three Southwest pilots who have relocated here from California (2 San Jose, one San Diego).  

It is being listed by a professional commercial broker, so it does give some legitimacy to the numbers, but unless you know your way around southwest & north philly ... stay away.

We are open to investing not only in Phoenix, but elsewhere within the southwest.

I’m really not very knowledgeable about the explosion of new houses in the southwest. 

My wife and I are beginning to look for a house back more on the outskirts of Boston (30-45 minutes west/south west of the city).

If that is an issue for you, try Washington County and the cities southwest of Portland.
