So that's just a few that come to mind scattered all over the country. 

Not to mention it’s never a good look for a client to walk the job and see beer bottles scattered around.   

After you get past that question, then on to which state to open the LLC in ... however, in most cases, the analysis doesn't lead most past the first question ... if you are buying a 100 unit apartment building, by all means, open up a LLC ... for a few scattered lower value SFRs, then I personally think there are better ways than a LLC.

In other words it's a bit scattered and at the moment I don't stay too long in one country. 

As such I’ve been scattered all over various suburbs where I see employment centers and good schools, such as Katy, Sugar Land, Cypress, Pearland (I meant Pearland), and Friendswood.

I remember seeing some scattered north and south of the Thomas Rd area between 40th street and 55th street.

There are plenty of ghost towns scattered all through the west.

My REI behaviour looks like this:Some might call it erratic, seemingly without purpose and a bit scattered.  

@Anthony Dooley  I just went through this with 12 of my rentals in MS.. but they were scattered and all but one sold to a home owner occupant..
