I think you would be better suited using that money towards repairs to BUILD equity rather than PAY for it up front, also if it does need repairs, do em at the end when you want to sell , college kids don't necessarily need granite and stainless steel appliances quite yet :)Just need to run your numbers prior, discuss strategy, and let it rip :)Let me know if i can be of any help

Could be a house that has old none grounded cloth wire .I go a rip all that Sh... out pull new wire ,hire a pro pull a permit to set up the panel .This can cost a lot or not so bad .Now you know what the comment about put it back like you never seen was all about .

While Tenant A has indicated via text that he "may have found a place" (and mentioned later in a call that if it doesn't work out he'll have to finish out his lease), he has not signed any kind of agreement specifically accepting our cash-for-keys offer.We also live in Nashville and just had a tornado rip through several counties (including destroying part of a shopping mall and some neighborhoods 3 miles away).
