I've also noticed that a lot of the guys and gals have trained in martial arts which is fantastic, but I hate to remind people if your checking out a building in the seedy side of town and your confronted by a squatter I would not try to physically engage that person (unless your life is on the line), most likely that squatter is crazy and on some type of drugs.

During the past few months working this deal I had to continually remind myself that "some people don't know what they don't know".

I used to get up at 5 every morning and lift like crazy, now I find myself on this forum every morning, and doing most of my lifting at night :beer: At least I have my arthritis to remind me of the good old days, besides I've lost my desire to lift weights, those things are heavy!

We are remodeling a foreclosed house which will look real nice when it's done, so new appliances would add to the appeal; however, I need to keep reminding myself that I am not the one who'll be living there.

The second big thing is the ability to have reminders of payments flow into a calendar type system (tickler system) to send reminders about outflows of money (property taxes, note payments, etc.)What options do I have here?

I'm amending my opinion on this as I was just reminded of something Kiyosaki said at a Learning Annex a few years back here in Chicago (yeah, I'm only quoting other folks in this thread but they're right).

Hi Ray,I am not looking for handout...I am quite capable of buying what i think is necessary for me but i thought that this site was about sharing / giving info for free....I didn't think that paying $1197 was worth it, believe me I have been checking ebay hoping to land a deal like you....Des had promise to call me with some info , i am thinking it might be on where i can get a better deal ...i don't think it is a handout of any kind....I know sometimes people get caught up with other things and so forget so i think i was aggressive enough in attempting to remind him......all i ever ask for is for info to determine if it is worth it to pay $1197...
