They are sure to move on at the end of their lease term.

@Benjamin LingoWe, my partner and I have been thinking about some big moves with investing. 

I am from Buffalo, NY and will be moving to Charleston shortly. 

A new person moves in and she says the upstairs neighbors are creating a ton of noise.

My wife and I have one rental unit and are trying to move toward our next property, but still are trying to learn more and find additional ways to make some side income to speed the process.

Let me know how it works out with them, wondering if they are a reliable source.

Of course, if we have another available unit that's similar to the one they were looking at, I'll pivot to that and offer to move their current application over to that unit as long as they would still qualify under whatever the new unit's rent is. 

Hopefully they moved on to a juice processing plant for culls.
