I am located far away in Queens NY so not accessible to be in the area to check it out and was wondering what is the best way to recruit someone for the project.

He is using the podcast as a platform to recruit and groom buyers. 

What are new real estate agents looking for? Give us some valuable ideas about commission structures, benefits, etc. What are you looking for that bigger real estate agencies doesn't offer?

After not being able to recruit any of the people I know and knowing I need others to keep me motivated to see this through (it's a idea I talk about, but never seem to have the motivation to just do it ) , I want to start a MeetUp/Facebook to start a local group in my area.I want it to be a group for local people to hopefully to pool together money and/or time, have almost a book group over the "The Book on Flipping House" (telling them to buy the book of course) and have way of introducing them BiggerPockets.So please tell me my idea is flawless and will lead numerous people and my self to the promise land right?

Outsource Maitenence (find GC or provider or just reliable handyman) and tenants recruitment agent , choose online program to property management and you will make it.

If that's not enough to acquire the property, recruit more private money and go in as an "all cash" buyer (the seller won't care!)....

I currently work a full time job as a recruiter, and I'm also in the process of attaining my CA real estate license.

I used to teach at an Army training course and I'd see recruits spend $10-20 on snacks at the 'gut truck' each day, for instance.

It redirected me to police recruitment!
