If you have no radiators and can't use space heaters, you'll have to install radiators or figure out another radiant heating system -- I assume that you don't want to add duct work and reconfigure furnances/boilers.

In bigger cities, they may limit you to only forced air, hydronic radiant, and/or electric radiant .....or any combination.

I'm looking for the "herd opinion" on whether these tutorials are valid information or not.As an aside, does anyone have any good books/blogs/podcasts/videos on setting up a syndication? 

I have used it for years in radiant floor applications and it has been used in Europe for years, so it is well tested.

Meaning that everybody and their brother is jumping into the real estate market, the herd mentality...

That coupled with radiant barrier , and in July, my electric AC bill is $450. 

Clearly.... people need to stop blindly following the herd and start idolizing me as their true God.No go sacrifice me some virgin goats!

It just blows my mind how much of a herd mentality we have in this country.

Here in vegas I want houses less than 10 years old. 99% of the time that means there’s an HOA. 100% of the homes built by builders you’ve herd of. 

Meanwhile they ignore regional markets that have huge upside potential because they follow the herd instead of skating to where the puck is going.
