Felicia,All good questions when I discuss options with my customers I typically look for highest rate with the most equity.

Still get a fair number of potential customers asking to buy AirBnB and MTR, but most of these I think are way late to the game. 

It seems that the criteria they are using ( the consumer financial protection Breau) designates entire counties as "under served or rural". 

You are required however to have a license like myself if you are offing a service to customers.
