I also found out that the day before I saw the property it was under attorney review but the deal fell apart. 

While we fell in love with this child from the beginning, it quickly became apparent that he had severe emotional, developmental and behavioral problems,  He was the kind of kid who got expelled from kindergarten.

So I kind of fell into my first rental because my wife and I wanted to move and we were upside down on the house we bought in 07.
