Don't know your whole situation here, but it may be time to hit the pause button and redirect toward getting consistent well paying jobs.

Seems regulations are paused for now.  

Make sure you vet whoever you find though because anyone taking on 203k loans right now doesn't have much going on, which would make me pause in a market like this...Good luck!
