The Idea of Seller Financing

Posted

I would love to hear some experiences people had using seller financing and if they would recommend it to the younger folk trying to get into the game with not the biggest income. Thank you for your responses ahead of time!

@Jackson Rottenberg

Financing is financing whether it’s by the seller or an institutional lender. With seller financing you can be more creative but at the end of the day it comes down to not being over leveraged and having ability to pay the debt without having sleepless nights
