Honestly, issues with overlapping work inside and getting the hardwood floors refinished has added at least 10 days that I had never expected.

No, not the difference, but if you itemize vehicle expenses for your business purposes the costs will apply for the deduction....but I always took the standard vehicle allowances, so much per mile and came out better, especially with the brain damage involved.If your vehicles are in the company name it's a business expense, as is the commercial lines of insurance.I thought this was about double coverage, insurance overlapping of personal in the buisness arena, but not.

These supercede that ordinance.Knowing the overlapping city, state, and federal codes and guidelines better than the city officials is often necessary so that you can educate them (kindly) into granting your permits. 

I would like to know if these books have the same information as in some chapters are overlapping or are they distinguishable in the information that they provide.

My career has very little overlap with RE, however we currently own three 4/2 SF homes in San Antonio.  

Try the biggies, Zillow/Trulia and Realtor for agent listed properties (each gets their listings from different sources but often overlap) and then the many other websites like Landwatch for FSBO lots.

@Marlon Thomas JrSingle family flips, commercial flips/value add Reno’s, and ground up development are all extremely varied things and in my opinion only overlap about 20%.

I think there is more overlap with some types of investing compared to others.
