We actually did use some staging materials (fireplace mantle, dishes for the glass cabinets, etc.) 

Coffee maker and coffe.Door mats, are rugs, grill.Toaster Bowls for mixing and storing in fridge, casserole dish, pizza panCake pans?

We've found them coated in mold, nicotine & what appears to be petri dish science experiments as moisture dwells in the lower trays.

Hey guys, one of tenants said that while she was washing the dishes, the water over heated and now there's no hot water at all.

We also delete ANY niches, soap dishes, or shelves of any kind from the TILE surrounds, providing only clean, flat wall surfaces.

I have a few staging items...rocking chairs on the porch...wine glasses and pretty colorful dishes in the kitchen...nice towels and soaps in the bath...nothing major...but the buyers did not ask nicely for the staging items but informed me  they get them because they were shown in the listing photos and everything in the photo is included in the sale !
