Both agents want me to sign a representation agreement but are very opposed to the idea of modifying the agreement for shorter than six month terms and are also opposed to a modification that excludes FSBO and unlisted properties from our agreement.

funky layouts usually mean one thing in the end....the budwieser crew was in there mucking things up.from what i've seen, most homes built after WWI usally have decent floorplans as built and ones built before that were modified to accomodate indoor plumbing, which can lead to disasterpoint being...seldom do floorplans start out being funky, somebody usually makes them that way.

If any changes are made to the form agreement, (1) the logo must be removed, (2) any references to the NC Bar/NC Association of Realtors must be removed and (3) a conspicuous statement must be included clearly indicating that the form has been modified from its original and that it is not a NORTH CAROLINA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS AND/OR NORTH CAROLINA BAR ASSOCIATION FORM.
