A few months ago I read a few of the BiggerPocket books, listened to many podcasts, and even started to obsess about buying a mobile home park but now with the pregnancy I fell back into “safe zone” mentality of buying a primary residence and making smaller moves.

HA per a WSJ article had zero test kits a week ago.And then there was the FUBAR in Costa Mesa, where they wanted to take an old mental hospital, and make it a place for quarantine.

More importantly to break out of the worker drone mentality.

But even so, there's still risk and uncertainty.My question is:1) How do you get over the mental hurdle of trusting someone else will do a good job without you being there in person?

Unit 2 - 3/2 with older disabled lady, 20 something daughter lives with her. small lap dog as well. shes paying 889 a month. resident for 12 years. pays on time. nice and unit is well kept and clean. daughter and dog not on lease. month to month lease. fixed income. uses a walker. mentally sharp. havent seen credit or BG yet.Rental Comps are 1200 to 1400 a month. both units are well under market rents.
