@Carrie Maultsby-Lute granted I'm not in your market but I like a light colored cabinet with a med tan or dark top(depending on your paint scheme).

@Dina Carrol I did my pre-license course online with OnCourse.

I know that sometimes med bills can get wiped clean and here and there, other minor miracles do happen, but what I've heard is that bad credit takes a long time to fix for real!!!

Keep in mind though that every dollar you "convert" from rental income to earned income is now subject to SS/MED of 15.3%.Now "unofficially" you can do anything you want with your rental income.

Something like a college town that has small to medium sized med center/hospital...you can toggle back and forth between short and midterm based on seasonal demand.

There are a few blocks of houses north of W Lane that generally attract business students and then King, 8th, 9th and 10th generally attract med students.
