This should simply be the information that the prospective tenant provided to smart move and Transunion should be able to match that up with their records.

I've met a few here in town, but they weren't quite a good match for our business.

I spent a lot of time on roofs in my younger days, I just don't feel it's worth the risk now.Our long term goal is to generate enough passive income to at least match the current combined income of the wife and I.  

My current employer does offer some matching though so thought it was always best to at least capture this, not to mention my employer only lets me contribute up to about $8k towards my 401k.And yes John it seems kind of silly of me, but I work enough as it is at my current job, so when I pick up extra shifts I don't want to do so unless I am getting a decent amount more than base pay as opposed to my calculation of 1.1x base, otherwise I rather spend that time doing different stuff I enjoy like learning about real estate lol (which if it isn't apparent I have much to learn).Thanks again!

Yes, DENY   I.C.E & the  F.B.I, love to hear about this type of applicant. and one's that ID's and social security numbers and  passport's don't match.. 

The issue for me is trying to make my house more open to match up with theirs.
