I don't think BP vettes anyone in particular if they get reports of bad actors they take those post down.. but for those with paid advertisement I don't think they do any vetting..

However, you may want to call their caseworker and vent your frustrations to see if you get a reaction.Since as an owner, you're responsible for bad actor tenants, how about just hiring a landscaper to come by and cut the lawn?
