I think doing the bottom half a Gray color and the siding white, with shutters that match the door (maybe a Navy blue) would look great.Trim the hedges up, do something around the sidewalk and maybe a flower bed on the left side and this property will look 100x better

In my very limited research into MHP, specifically screening parks to make offers on, I keep hearing a number of successful park owners (Jefferson Lily BP Podcast #111, Kevin and Charles in their Podcast “MHP Investing” come to the top of my head) say they won’t look at any park with a septic or well.

I looked today but could not find it.Mark Azevedo had a great suggestion in hunting around locally to wholesalers like myself they get the properties in after the AM has released it to them in a purchase, but they still need to resell it unless they "buy/hold".Another option would be to contact your local Real Estate Investment Clubs and Cash Flow Clubs to see if they have any listings to release to you.Susan Flowers had a great idea also about doing BPOs, but there are lots of web sites that will do that for around $8 to $13 per door.
