Realty Income Corp 33% return

Can we talk about great Realty Income (ticker symbol "O") has been doing?  I know some of us aren't a fan of a stocks but in the past year, it has returned ~33% on top of paying roughly a ~4% dividend.  It is one of my biggest and favorite holdings I own.
