They have been consistently late on payments (we’ve emailed them twice about it), they broke the lease regarding having extra dogs/cats and started a boarding business in our home which we informed them was not allowed as soon as we found out, as well as lacking in communication with them regarding things we needed to fix around the home.This is in California.We’ve just wanted to see what our next steps could/should be.

I’ve observed that those who actually seem to have time freedom achieved through real estate have done two things:1) Built up a $1.5-$2M portfolio at minimum.2) Paid off said portfolio.It’s the accumulation of wealth, yes, but also the lack of leverage that, per my observation, seems to be the source of real, lasting freedom.Sure there will be plenty of exceptions, but most who aren’t in this spot are simply working in the business of RE, in some form or fashion.

Essentially I want to know if the deal can be killed at my discretion as soon as lender A denies financing or if I would then have to get denial letters from lenders B and C as well to kill the deal.There is the small matter of your lack of good faith and fair dealing with the seller if you qualify through others and elect to kill the deal based on the lie that you can’t get financing. 

As someone in the senior homecare industry I can't tell you how often I've witnessed the effects of aging, the lack of control over one's inability to function independently, the fears whether realized or not that this population live with.

I have also spoken to the home/ground delivery drivers, who seem to be replaced often, and a lot of things they complain about is the lack of training.

We are all looking for a deal now, but the lack of inventory and sellers not meeting the market (Yet) is the issue. 

The tricky part of doing a 1031 exchange is lack of inventory for purchasing a replacement property and meeting the time restrictions.  

All these services are billed as being more like cash and lack fraud protection in the even of goods/services not being delivered as promised. 

Of course, this may be attributed to an individual's lack of effort but, none?
