The economic outlook for the LV looks relatively good, despite the global economic worries.

Can anyone who’s used REVA Global’s skip tracing option speak to the accuracy of the contacts the VAs later spend time on?

Just a little bit too much global uncertainty for my liking to lock up additional liquidity.

While there is info as well about dealing with property once you own it that seems to be of a somewhat lesser emphasis at least on the blogs/posts that I seem to notice.  

So maybe your guy is one of those.All that said, if you've had multiple reputable contractors - emphasis on reputable, make sure they're that - tell you they'd skip a permit on your job in that particular area, with that set of circumstances, I'd be a lot more likely to listen to them than a bunch of internet strangers (me included).

Do see a more emphasis put on bring the city life back as you see developments happening in Central West End and Downtown area.

They're a collection of distressed assets here in the US that are attracting investors globally.
