(Dadumdumdumdumdum)1)  Get a 1-3 gallon pump sprayer.2)  Fill it with bleach3)  Add one bottle of dawn dish detergent.When you pump the spray on the beams, the bleach kills the mold and the dish detergent holds it to the beam till the job is done.This is what FEMA prescribes, it does work, and best of all, it's cheap!!

@Ellie KangIf I am reading this right it would be like all of the gas stations in an area agreeing to charge no less than $5.50 a gallon to preserve profit for each of them.

The one I described actually has a 3 gallon tank on it and is called an on demand hot water heater.  

And a 5 gallon bucket next to the toilet plume full also. 

A boiler can be 4 to 6k installed. 50 gallon hot water tank about 1200 each.

Not a toy car, but a toy 55 gallon drum that was jammed in there as tight as dads old hat band.So, 4 hours later, after a 15 hour night on my regular job, she has a nice shiny new toilet. 

I use a five gallon bucket and tile sponge or floor sponge mop on pole with TSP from the paint department on the walls.

My assumption is that it is a standard 1000 gallon system for a 3bd house and was not updated when the additional attic buildout was done.
