Its frustrating.

It seems to me getting the mortgage first would make the most sense since the seller would be frustrated if you didn't have the money and someone else did. 

I became frustrated with the entire Seattle market.

Much of what we read, such as "10 Steps How to Make a Million Dollars in Real Estate in Less Than Six Months" or various similar "carrots" that get dangled infront of us, is deceiving in terms of how hard it is, how long it takes, how frustrating and lonely real estate can be.

And yeah I’m a little frustrated I wasn’t aware of the homestyle in the first place!

Although I am not an agent, I can tell you that a lot of people are trying it out and it can be very frustrating right now.

Cameron Silva I’m working on a 17 units there and it’s a little frustrating how you just are not able to push the rents up.
