It would only be extra 100 bucks but we plan to upgrade flooring next year so its like we would also have to do it all again! 

That interest pays to me so I don’t have to give up extra interest money to the mortgage company and my 401k is pretty solid for my age.

It's easy to obtain, costs very little, and doesn't require extra, on-going effort to maintain.

I plan to rent out my extra bedroom for extra money.

I believe I make MORE money by charging less in large part because of the reduced vacancy.If you can keep tenants on average a couple extra years and basically eliminate a 2 month turnover you have gained 2 months rent.

This is probably just their way of creating extra justification for de-platforming.

Remember if you do… The STRs that win are the ones unlike any in the local market and also give the extra bit more of appeal and experience.

@Raul Mena There’s really no need for an LLC at this time, but landlord insurance and/or an umbrella insurance policy may be a good idea to give you extra protection because of those other people living in your home.

I'm being extra conservative right now, which is becoming a challenge on finding properties but I'm willing to do that then get in over my head.
