@Jane Guerreso the credit bureaus will typically not allow individual landlords to report payment data to them without going through an extensive membership process.

So if you find an investor for the deal now and six months later something has changed, typically you could walk from the deal if you do not agree to an extension etc.Send me a PM as I may be interested in learning more About the deal as well
