Quickbooks online might do the same so I would look into both.For quickbooks desktop you can export the database and send to your accountant whenever you are having problems or for reporting.If i remember correctly, Xero allowed you to create a special login for you accountant.I would find an accountant to consult about choosing a software and have him set it up for you and show you how to use it.

In a way reminds me of my logging days.. we were sending all our #1 grade doug fir ( or the majority of it to Japan in the 80s and 90s) private timber that is.. you cant export state owned or federally owned timber.

I could just use excel or something old school, but this is much more convenient & clean, costs me very little and I can export to excel quite easily.
