The assesors office in Chicago only publishes a list of pre-foreclosure notices in the local newspaper and online( The data has to be gathered manually and can't be exported to excel).

Though we produce a lot of natural gas in the Atlantic provinces, most of it is exported to New England under long-term contracts and we actually pay more for the gas than folks in Boston {one of the more silly effects of NAFTA}.

Quickbooks online might do the same so I would look into both.For quickbooks desktop you can export the database and send to your accountant whenever you are having problems or for reporting.If i remember correctly, Xero allowed you to create a special login for you accountant.I would find an accountant to consult about choosing a software and have him set it up for you and show you how to use it.
