Nothing to the extent of eastern/coastal NC though.

I suggested that an area on the eastern coast may be better for rental income since Miami and the surrounding cities are more tourist oriented but Ft Myers area is more retirement focused.

I try to keep an eye on Eastern and Central PA.

I would recommend Eastern Idaho.

As others have mentioned, Eastern Idaho might interesting to look at for the price point.
