That's fine for ADA as long as you have the clearances under the sinks and that is cheap to fix if not!

This is fine for deductions, but it looks terrible in a loan application.  

In reality, unless all the plumbing is junk galvanized, 80's/90's poly pipe, or similar, you can usually just make a few repairs and have a perfectly fine water system.

Remember, they didn't mutter it under there breath or cram it into some fine print, they are DECLARING it and that is VERY serious.

None of them were particularly large but, other than the actual cash value vs replacement value issue, they did fine by us.  

If you are budgeting $2000, you should be fine.

That works fine for stocks - which aren't 'needy'... and maybe having a few properties that would be ok.  

None of those authorized applicators (3 of them) on Carlisle's list were able to find the source of the leaks.  3 different roofers were sent, first 2 said roof is fine!  

They can be fined, or found in contempt of court for doing work without a written agreement in place.
