I've heard others form in NV and DE thinking it benefits them... but does not do anything really in the endMike

Some of the obstacles are:Costs-  You may be required to pay a de-winterizing fee and a re-winterizing fee to the Field Service Manager. 

I'm evaluating at a RV Park purchase and they claim it's 100% occupied and since it is in Delaware basin it's not affected by the current oil price but won't share the current P&L until I get it under contract.

And I agree with you in the Marina, thats de only area i would buy here, first the lack of empty there (few more buildings can be built) and second thats where everyone wants to live.
