My son and daughter-in-law turned me on to BP as they have been on it for some time.

She has always for the past 5 months paid on time and even early. 2 weeks ago her and her daughters dog got out of the house and got ran over.

My daughter stayed off campus after freshman year at Washington State University and each place was a dump.

Unit 2 - 3/2 with older disabled lady, 20 something daughter lives with her. small lap dog as well. shes paying 889 a month. resident for 12 years. pays on time. nice and unit is well kept and clean. daughter and dog not on lease. month to month lease. fixed income. uses a walker. mentally sharp. havent seen credit or BG yet.Rental Comps are 1200 to 1400 a month. both units are well under market rents.

And your  daughter sounds like she has some prettt awesome stuff going on 👍The size is still in the works but it will most likely be around 30-40 units and I would handle most everything onsite which would include rents and some owner issues.

And I hope to hold on to it so my daughters and her kids can benefit from it. :)

Hey People,I came across a high Ranch in Long Island NY which seems like a good deal for the area, my only concern is what it would cost to get the bottom floor permitted as a rental or mother/daughter.

His daughter has medical issues and will be in the hospital for surgery. 

My goal is to have enough passive income to take care of my expenses while equally teaching my daughter.   

What if the daughter turns into a complete bum?
