Wondering if they are as effective as the website indicates and if they are worth the purchase and ongoing costs?

It's been a while since we last spoke and I was wondering if you are still wholesaling to flips in your market.

This market has definitely been a highly appreciating market for the past several years, and is a wonderful place to live. 

I'm on the do not call list and I ask them repeatedly to remove me from their contact list but at this point I'm wondering if they're just saying that company to hide who they're really working for. 

We're now well into year two, and will be running into year three in January and I'm wondering at what point do I need to take action?

I have a PM company, a broker for the mortgages, and I am wondering if I need to get a dedicated realestate agent to help.

Hello,I was just wondering if anybody here has had any experience with a corporate tenant and whether these tend to be great or not so great deals?

Being an engineer, I am wondering if there are areas[deal analysis,  underwriting,  acquisition, financing, or investment/funding)  where some automation (intelligent insight, reasoning, and decision support) can help you grow the business. 

I do wonder whether horizontal is a bit faddish. 

I'm starting to feel discouraged, and wondering if anyone has any recommendations (wait it out or sell), or if this is normal(doesn't seem like it)?
