As Plano is a pretty nice clean cut buttoned up type of community they don't seem to have a lot of tolerance even for just a few bad apples.Dallas is considering a ban.

The vision of creating the 2.5 acres into a small townhouse community simply wouldn't allow a home sitting at the corner of the lot.

Given that it's categorized as 'Community facility', 2.4 FAR should be allowed.
