Building indoors, even if it is a small space, can be easily accomplished with an unskilled, less expensive workforce when they are given 3D work instructions on monitors or tablets similar to the drawings provided when assembling a cabinet from IKEA.

I don't think there is anything that complicated with assembling and installing cabinets so I plan to do it myself.

I buy ready to assemble cabinets, vinyl plank flooring, I prefer shower enclosures but at minimum use a tub for savings, and for HVAC I prefer mini splits for heating and AC.A lot of this is market dependent.
