There was always another book to read or seminar to attend in my search for the secret sauce.

While living there and renting out the other units you will learn more than you can read in any book or absorb from any podcast. 

If I was going to consider them I would want to see at least 12 months of books.

I am currently reading the bigger pockets book “how to invest in real estate for beginners”.

If you create some type of Canva book for your property you can include most instructions and quirks in there and send to the guest prior to the arrival.

So, now I'm reading and listening to books, gathering my thoughts, and getting ready to start the climb.

Those are just tools for people to call themselves a best seller and extract small payments from people. ebooks are best used as free materials because everyone knows they are not really books.
