Any city or area anyone has had success in recently?

I own a 4000 square-foot warehouse that has about 1/3 of an acre lot fenced in. I'm considering leasing out storage space for boats and RVs.  Zoning says that it is a repair service shop, excluding automobiles, any id...

This is one of the biggest insulation issues second only to the attic.

What are the biggest challenges people have faced with this.

Waco Texas is a known city that has a very good Private College, Baylor University.

I would check some of the sub markets 15-40 minutes from Raleigh city center that still benefits from the Raleigh economy.- Everyone's situation and goals are different but I would assume there are a few quality markets within an hour of where you are located in Florida that would check a lot of your boxes. 

Big Banks like Wells Fargo, BOA, Citi, US Bank, and Chase utilize lending programs aimed to service large swaths of depositors.
