But on my order page my personal phone number has always been there along with my proper email.That's the beauty of the internet, some random dude with a chip on his shoulder can join a forum such as this, come in bash me, then go back to hiding.I don't mind someone bashing me... but I think it's pretty cowardly when someone bashes me, then won't even respond when I try to make it right.Reminds me of those squirmy punk's on the playground when we were kids... they run up, say their piece, then go hide behind the teacher.For the record my phone number is clearly posted on my order page if you need me.

NOTE: Before you bash me that it deals with land contracts and not wholesaling please be aware that I am well aware of that.

The people who bashed the course, either never read the material and listened to the cassettes,  or never applied it's teachings. 

I couldn't agree with you more about Bakersfield, but let's not go bashing all of California.

That may sound expensive, but it is much cheaper than taking on a partner who will likely want participation on the back end.It sounds like a lot of bashing of hard money lenders is going on in this thread without a clear understanding of what is really going on.

If they have unrealistic expectations of what I'm trying to do, it will end up wasting a lot of my time and get their hopes up for no reason (which will leave them angry at me in the end).Remember, your service will only strike a nerve with a small segment of the people you're mailing to - so don't be bashful about steering the wrong people away.
