They are very comprehensive and pretty much babied me through the whole process (initial setup with property management, repairs, and finding a tenant) all within a 3-4 weeks.  

And potentially moving forward to the day where contracts are signed and deals are closed.I'm sure most of you can agree that our day jobs just don't offer up that same thrill as we sit behind our desks or, for myself, accept returned clothing from unsatisfied customers.

I’m not really worried about myself, but I have a tiny wife and we might have a baby in the next few years.

The only problem now is my wife is expecting surprise baby #4.......got to create another LLC I guess!
