What about putting in a medicine cabinet?

Until having children, veterinary medicine really maximized my time.

My upstairs neighbor was filling her bathroom sink up to wash a sweater one night (fancy sweater, I guess) - she turned on the faucet, sat down in front of the TV to wait until the water filled up, forgot about it and guess who found water streaming out of the medicine cabinet?

However, despite spending quite a bit of time on Google Scholar, I haven't been able to find any published studies that prove this assumption to be correct.In most cases, fixed-term leases will create artificial inflection points in tenants' lives, forcing them to make housing decisions at arbitrary times.

I work full time(medicine) and real estate investing only gets a small part of my time/money, mostly due to analysis paralysis :(.

So a spoonful of sugar (may) make the medicine go down smoother.Tip: use an attorney experienced in real estate (JV)'s to draw up your JV agreement (some take credit cards).Good Luck!

If you think the price is artificially high, I would advise you to sell.

This artificially altered the true supply/demand ratio  Very low interest rates that became lower to spur the economy to combat the economic impact of Covid  Realize that both of those reasons are Covid related and have resulted in a current price in excess of what would have otherwise occurred.  

I talked to a realtor since my post and she mentioned that the market is currently artificially inflated due to people moving away from the city.

I am taking a hiatus from my job in medicine so I have not been able to refinance the other two yet.
