I wouldn't even pay an app fee before I saw it because if the rentals aren't maintained, I would be wasting my money.

hey im glad to see other 20-30 year olds on here with the same mind set as myself. im still looking for my first deal aswell a few things i do is check some of the popular real estate apps religiously every dayive also tried direct mailing on some properties ive driven by in hopes of finding a deal but lately not many people and interested in parting with their properties, but the key i keep telling myself is when you get a door closed in your face go to the next one and keep trying!

You ought to be able to put yourself on some sort of feed for that either with your agent or with an app like Zillow or what have you. 

However, I'm a techie by nature, so most of my time is spent learning how to program in various computer languages as well as develop websites and apps for individuals and small businesses looking to brand themselves online.WHY REAL ESTATE? 

I'm newly licensed in NC, and as such have been receiving quite a bit of solicitation from "lead generation" companies and apps.

It's another thing to plan it out with pencil and paper (or spreadsheets and apps) each month. 

I am able to access the mobile app but can’t open the website via PC.I keep getting this error - ‘this page failed to load’.

They were def slower for me too, but called me 3 days after I submitted the initial app (I did it twice actually).

The app kept crashing while i was trying to post so i wasn’t sure it was posting 🤦🏻♀️ Sorry for the duplicates!
