It's just an algorithm based on a number of factors of similar homes in the area.

Hello;First of all thanks for taking time out to go through my post.Many listing websites have similar homes/properties as well recommender algorithms;  my observation so far is most of what are shown as matching or similar properties to any listing have so many different things.Property is not something like Apparels or Gadgets where you can match some Characteristics and list them for similarity.

But it's important that you determine your own algorithm for determining value and risk for these first few properties.

Computer algorithms are never accurate, unless they happen to be lucky.

Just as Zillow's algorithm didn't guarantee success in purchasing a home, calculating your success in real estate investment using tools like Airdna will not end well.  

Aloha,I don't trust algorithms to screen pets any more than I do for screening Tenants.
