It's no different than legalizing alcohol or cigarettes, they have nothing to do with the price of real estate.

Spray painting a line on the concrete sounds like "crazy" to me, (actually, more like alcoholic/druggie behavior).

However, my more colorful companions were a rough hillbilly, redneck, willy bunch, and a lot of them had problems, did drugs, we're alcoholics, and numerous other character flaws that we're just as appealing.

At the current consumption rate (~5000 acres a year), Las Vegas will run out of developable land in about 6 years.

I would add that the licensing length until renewal, alcohol sales, etc. will have a huge impact on value as well.
