Is there a different way to approach that really impresses the person who you're attempting to add value to? Yes

Am I then in a situation where I need to lower the asking price from the seller to y or z so I do not end up with a house and a price no one wants?

I have been toying with the idea of putting my license in holding due to money and expenses that I have not been able to fully use.

I live in Oak Ridge and have been toying with buying more of the alphabet houses for rentals.

Rentals are very popluar during the in season down here and foreclosures and pre forclosures are plentiful  John,I do plan to toy in the AirBnB market a bit.

It has survived 2 boys who are now 8 and 11 .A few minor scratches from the toy cars .

Did we spend more than we really wanted to? Yes

There is no certainty that they will not go out tomorrow and spend it all on toys.

The better we all understand reality and stop telling ourselves fables about why we have success and others don't, fables that are designed more to make us feel better about ourselves, the better positioned we are to improve our decision making process.

Worst part is everyone leaves their stuff outside (bed frames, doors they broke, toys).
