Works GREAT in the bathroom / tile surfaces.

Water is being supplied by surface mounted PEX tubing in the kitchen and bathroom.All that aside, the house is still well enough intact to be renovated and made whole again, without question.  

People who give a surface look are probably looking their next victim.Opinions on this?

I have upgraded the units with things like luxury vinyl flooring, clean surfaces painted with good colors, good but non fancy kitchen cabinets.
