Can My Wholesaling Business Sale to My Buy & Hold Business
I am looking to adopt a new strategy as part of my exit strategy for my wholesaling business, specifically for properties approaching their contractual close dates - with no buyers lined up. I was wondering if it would be acceptable or legal to sale a property that I have a contract for under my wholesaling company to my company I use to buy & hold and also flip properties.
If not, please explain, why I can't as I do not want to do anything that's illegal.
Thanks,
